The Role

We currently have two vacant Account Manager positions within our LATAM team who will be responsible for new client acquisitions at Pepperstone. The role is focused on increasing conversions of new leads and demo accounts with a focus on the LATAM market. This role requires communication with prospective new clients early in the morning, fast-tracking pro-active communication with clients as they apply throughout LATAM working hours. This role will focus on assisting clients as they onboard, ensuring they clearly understand the benefits of trading with Pepperstone and are confident to place their first trade.

Skills & Experience 

Your days will include, but not limited to:

  • Building out relationships with warm leads, traded demos, and existing clients by providing exceptional client communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Maintaining client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities 
  • Problem-solving client queries in an efficient manner through your knowledge of our products and platform
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Presenting complex information in a simple manner, e.g. trading concepts


To be successful, you will have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD industry, or finance industry
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to build relationships via a professional phone manner
  • Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as either Spanish or Portuguese 
  • Ability to manage the sales pipeline and meet multiple deadlines including sales KPI’s
  • The desire to learn and develop via on-the-job training
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader software desirable but not essential
