The Role


We're looking for Product Managers to join our passionate and experienced team responsible for developing, leading, and delivering our global product strategy. As a data-first decision-maker, you will partner creatively and strategically with a cross-functional team of senior management, product managers, designers, and developers to help build and improve the experience of our customers, undertake work to understand their needs, motivations, and desires, while championing them through high-quality product solutions. Having strong technical and commercial acumen, you will work closely with the IT, Commercial, Sales, and Compliance teams, and are responsible for project development, journey mapping, performance analysis feature road mapping, improvement prioritisation, product-performance planning and analysis, and impeccable digital delivery to drive improved conversion and first-class user experience. Your expert knowledge paired with excellent communication skills allows you to speak confidently in front of key executives, stakeholders, and end-users.


Your days will include:


  • Working with teams to drive the discovery, design, development, and delivery phases of global product projects
  • Working with internal and external customers to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Creating high-level business and user requirements, backlog creation & prioritisation 
  • Using appropriate project management methodology and approaches within an established project management framework as part of a small cross-functional team to develop and deliver a range of digital products
  • Foster an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
  • Developing, managing, and implementing a product roadmap, including idea management, testing, optimisation, reporting, and forecasting
  • Measuring overall performance KPIs, analysing key metrics, communicating trends, sharing insights, and making recommendations to the marketing team

 

To be successful in this role, you must have confidence in:


  • Your ability to project manage and drive complex digital projects - you'll have a demonstrated track record of delivering elevated user experiences
  • Your expertise in design/development frameworks and methodologies and knowledge of the most recent trends around consumer and enterprise web use
  • A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize, VMO) and driving significant growth through testing, behavioural analytics, and website targeting
  • Using web and business analytics tools and reporting
  • Understanding SEO principles and experience applying those principles to site
  • Working with IT people, with all their geeky jokes and technical jibber-jabber


It is desirable, (but not essential!), that you have these:


  • An interest in trading, financial investments, and financial technology
  • Confidence that you can learn new things quickly
  • Experience with Agile methods and processes
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • An education of some kind
  • A sense of humor
  • Curiosity
